Overview

As a member of the Management Team you are critical to the success of the business. We hold our managers accountable to the philosophy of “run it like you own it”!

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality
  • Executing administrative duties including balancing of cash drawers, inventory counts, and food safety standards, ordering, inventory, COGs management
  • Ensuring each guest is served courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude from our Team Members
  • Ensuring the correct tools & procedures are used to prepare, build and present perfect food
  • Maintain a clean, neat and well-stocked area so you are ready to serve guests
  • Interviewing, hiring & training, performance reviews: Value the people behind the pizza
  • Maintaining a “say yes” philosophy. Take care of every guest!

Overview

Our Shift Supervisors are an extension of the Management Team and considered our emerging leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising a staff of 4 or more employees on each shift
  • Training, coaching and development of Team Members
  • Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality
  • Executing administrative duties including balancing of cash drawers, inventory counts, and food safety standards
  • Ensuring each guest is served courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude from our Team Members
  • Operating a cash register
  • Ensuring the correct tools & procedures are used to prepare, build and present perfect food
  • Serving food that meets our quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, neat and well-stocked area so you are ready to serve guests
